摘要： 在全面收集、整理2012年煤矿事故的基础上，按照煤矿事故发生时间、煤矿所有制、事故类型，统计分析了煤矿事故发生的特点和规律，阐述了煤矿事故发生的主要原因，并提出了预防的主要措施和建议，为我国煤矿安全生产形势持续好转提供基础保障。

Abstract: By collecting and sorting out the coal mine accidents that happened in 2012, characteristics and laws of coal mine accidents are counted and analyzed in accordance with the occuring time, mine ownership and accident type. Main causes of coal mine accidents are expounded in this paper and major precautions and proposals are offered to provide an essential support for continuous improvement of safty in coal mine production.
